PS4/Switch/Vita/Linux Release: pEMU 5.2 (NES/SNES/Arcade emulator suite)
Developer CPasJuste has released pEMU 5.2 for the PS4, Nintendo Switch, Linux, and, added back with this release, PS Vita! These are pretty stable emulators that can provide a very good alternative to Retroarch.
What is pEMU for PS4/PS Vita/Switch
pEMU is a suite of multiple emulators running on the PS4, PS Vita, and the Nintendo Switch.
- pNES (portable NES) is a NES emulator based on Nestopia
- pSNES (portable SNES) is a Super NES emulator based on Snes9x
- Pfbneo (portable fbNeo) is an “Arcade” emulator based on FinalBurn Neo(supports a bunch of old school systems such as Neo Geo pocket, PC Engine, Megadrive/Genesis, GameGear, Arcade,…)
