Published a new update for 3DS Homebrew Menu (formally HB Menu), the launcher allows us to easily list and execute formatted files .3DSXon 2DS/3DS portable console.

This new release follows the recent Luma3DS update now also compiled with the latest libraries. Also fixed the special function when used inside an empty folder.
